Inverse Chronus
Nothing can go wrong—unless everything does.
One knight moves forward in time, while the other moves in reverse. Help both knights break free from a time loop by carefully navigating a paradoxical cave using just a rock and a moving platform.
Oh, wait…! They, too, exist in opposite timelines.
-----------------------------------------------
Some conditions:
- If a knight falls to their death alone, the timeline resets.
- If a knight gets crushed while the other survives, the timeline resets. And,
- If both knights land safely but get stuck—you guessed it—the timeline resets.
- Finally, if you switch to a knight, the other knight will retrace their previous path.
-----------------------------------------------
The controls are simple:
- Walk: A / Left ; D / Right Keys
- Jump: W / Up Keys
- Switch characters: Space Key
- Quit: Q Key
-----------------------------------------------
Note to Players:
This is my first game—yaay!! It's also my first time participating in a game jam (Brackeys Game Jam 2025.1), which is why the game currently has just one level. I'm open to feedback, ideas, and constructive criticism because I’d love to keep improving it.
A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to play—I truly appreciate it!

The idea of a knight travelling through time while carefully navigating an intricate cave with only a rock and a moving platform to help him sounded fascinating to me. I'm excited to play it soon!
You look like the type of person who'd enjoy this jam: WOW JAM
They have a very interesting platform and are even offering prizes xD
